Please bring two (2) original, valid government-issued identification documents to your appointment, one of which must include a photo. If applicable, please also bring any documentation related to your fingerprinting request.
In accordance with RCMP requirements, a digital photograph will be taken as part of the fingerprinting process.

Parking
- Complimentary parking is available for the first hour on weekdays.
- On Saturdays and statutory holidays, parking is subject to a $5.00 fee, which is the responsibility of the client.
Ink Fingerprinting
- If the receiving country or agency requires a photograph to be stamped on your fingerprint form, please bring a recent passport-sized photograph to your appointment.
Saturday & Holiday Appointments
- Upon arrival at the building, please wait by the elevator and call us at (905) 272-7488.
- A member of our team will escort you to our office, as the public elevator is not accessible on weekends and holidays without an access card.

Cancellation Policy
To reserve an appointment online, clients are required to provide a valid credit card. We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a $15.00 cancellation fee.
Please Note: Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment for services is collected at the time of your appointment.
