• Free Parking Available on Weekdays Only
• Ink Fingerprints: If the country you're submitting fingerprints to requires a photo to be stamped on your form, please bring a recent passport-sized photo with you.
• Saturday/Holiday Appointments: Upon arriving at the building, please wait by the elevator and call us at 905-272-7488. We will come down to escort you, as the public elevator is not accessible on weekends and holidays without an access card. Please note there is a $5.00 parking fee, which must be covered by the client.

Cancellation Policy

To book appointments online, clients are required to provide card information. We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment to avoid a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Please Note: Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payments are collected at the office.
